Scott woke up at six am to get in a nineteen mile bike ride along the Canyonlands Needles District main road.

It had been raining on and off throughout the night, but the tiny drops would evaporate almost as soon as they fell, so we postponed putting on the fly since it was so hot.

After a quick breakfast of cereal we went for a hike in Rocky Mountain National Park just outside of the Green Ridge Campground we stayed at.
