Here we go :-) Starting mileage is 175,535. Just shortly before 9am we all ran through the house one more time looking for things we didn’t want to forget, squished on the kitties one last time, and piled into the van. She’s a little weighed down, but she is still working hard.

Notice the Duck Tape tucked under Coy’s seat. We’ve graduated from always making sure we bring Legos to making sure we always have Duck Tape.

We arrived to our campsite close to 11. We set up the tent and hammocks and relaxed for a few hours.

Cody taught me how to play a card game named Garbage.

We finally left for the beach at 3pm when most families were packing up for the day.

Notice these buckets. They are brand new. Just took them out of the package. Meme bought them online. More on them tomorrow.

At 6 we went back to the campsite to make some Jiffy Jambalya.

Speaking of eatting, the kids heard the Peptobismal commercial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlgHl_LfxTY&feature=youtu.be and it seemed stuck in our heads all night.

Scott suggested we head back to the beach to catch the sunset. We are glad we did.
