The people in the orange tent were nestled in the canyons behind us.  It was quite a steep climb.  Scott noted that they even managed to bring a red cooler with them.  Brooke kept veering closer to the edge.  She wanted to go down there too.  Scott finally did take her on a walk down another side of the canyon.  She spent the whole day asking to go up and down.  She actually took a nap today.

This is a picture of Cody with his first full carrot. He was crying for one because we were all eating carrots. He loves them. He makes quite a mess of himself and the carrot, but it is healthy and he’s happy.

Getting water. We had to go driving around to find water since our campground does not have potable water. We did boil some for our spaghetti last night, but we finally found some water this morning at a roadside historical site.

Shortly after the suspension bridge there were dozens of families wildly clamoring up the side of the landscape.  Cody and Scott relaxed at the suspension bridge and Brooke wildly chased after another family.  Part of the way up Brooke grabbed onto my leg and decided she was done.  A minute later she wanted to go further, but she was so tired it was hard for her to pick her little feet up anymore.
