We almost didn’t make it into the museum because Brooke was so in love with the playground right outside of the museum.  She convinced me to go up it more times than I can count.  It had just rained, so we were a little squishy afterwards, but she had fun.  In fact, I only was able to snap this picture of her because I traded a picture for going up AGAIN! :-)

This table had three of those games we were mentioned in a previous blog in reference to our bin system under the van bed. The pictures were of fossils. Cody and Brooke loved them.

In this room we were in an underwater world of giant sea creatures.  I couldn’t tell you what time period.  Mesozic?  We weren’t really given time to look at all the details.  Between Brooke and Cody meltdowns we really only caught glimpses.  Luckily the museum is open from 9-9 and you can leave and reenter.  We did this at least twice.  I know this because twice I had to ask the quickest way to escape while escorting at least one screaming child out.

Brooke in the ball shooting kid play area. We went in here many times. Brooke loved to throw balls at Scott and then hide behind Cody and I when Scott retaliated.

The museum had amazing fossil displays as well as many hands-on activities for children.   I LOVED this museum.
