April and I have talked about traveling for extended durations for some time.  But - and it was a big BUT - how can we make it work with children?  When in all reality the question that we should have been asking is how could we not share experiences as important as these with our children.

After sitting on the fence for some time, I finally announced to work that I’d be taking a leave.  It is such a liberating feeling to finally be able to share my excitement with others.

I have so much more to say but that will have to wait for now.
