Scott cooked up some French Toast for breakfast. We cruised out of the campsite at 10:30. Lunch was an asphalt picnic at Lake Medora.

The landscape was beautiful, but the roads were a bit twisty.

Canoe ride on Lake Medora. The kids named the islands we visited: Moose/ Crawdad Island, Mini Brooke and Cody Island, and Daisy-Turtle Island.

Esrey Roadside Park- our favorite sanctuary from the biting flies

Brockway Mountain – West Bluff – 1,328 feet above sea level

Fort Wilkins Historic State Park

Esrey Roadside Park again – The biting flies were a bit overwhelming, so we took in dinner and the sunset in a better location.
